The Visa® Debit Card can be used for all types of purchases quickly and easily.

  • Enroll in Visa® Purchase Alerts, which helps cardholders quickly identify suspicious purchases on their accounts
  • Cardholders can activate a card, select a new PIN, change a forgotten PIN, or change a known PIN by calling Interactive Voice Response (IVR) at 1-800-992-3808

Manage My Cards

My Cards allows you to have control of your debit card:

  • Real-time alerts keep you informed when your cards are used
  • Transaction controls allow your cards to work only in specific locations or geographic areas
  • Turn your debit card "on/off" if it is misplaced or stolen
  • When your card is "off," no withdrawals or purchases will be approved (except for recurring purchases) 
  • Set spending limits for general use
  • Specify thresholds by merchant types such as: gas, groceries, or retail stores
  • Monitor your transactions anytime and anywhere
  • Update your domestic travel plans, to ensure you card works wherever you go

Merchant Capture offers business customers the convenience and cost savings of making check deposits from office or store locations. Cost effective and easy to use, this solution enables your business to scan multiple checks at one time and transmit check images and data directly to Fowler State Bank for faster, more streamlined deposit processing.
